Canadian "Pleasure Craft Operators Card" PCOC, required for all ages operating a boat more than 9.9HP in Canadian waters. These training's are open to club members wishing to obtain the PCOC that recently completed a Boaters Safety Course, ABC from the America's Boating Club or Boat-ED.
